Lamb Shish Kebab Ingredients

  • 90 Grams onion grated
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 500 Grams lamb use ground lamb
  • garlic tahini sauce to serve


  • Combine red onions, garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, flat-leaf parsley, ground cinnamon, allspice powder, cayenne pepper, and ground lamb in a large bowl.
  • Pat mixture onto skewers. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked. Serve with garlic tahini sauce.
