Lamb Shish Kebab Ingredients
- 90 Grams onion grated
- 2 tablespoons Garlic grated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 500 Grams lamb use ground lamb
- garlic tahini sauce to serve
Instructions
- Combine red onions, garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, flat-leaf parsley, ground cinnamon, allspice powder, cayenne pepper, and ground lamb in a large bowl.
- Pat mixture onto skewers. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked. Serve with garlic tahini sauce.
