Ingredients
  

Latte with Coffee Jelly Ingredients

  • 1 1//2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 2 cups Coffee
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 2 shots Coffee use espresso
  • 2/3 Cup milk
  • 4 tablspoons sugar syrup
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 glasses crushed ice
  • 2 cups coffee jelly cubed
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • coffee powder for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Make the coffee jelly: place gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water in a small bowl. Mix until gelatin is dissolved. Allow to bloom, about 3 minutes. Heat coffee and sugar in a saucepan; mix until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin; mix until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into a rectangular mold or container. Refrigerate until set.
  • Place espresso, milk, sugar syrup, vanilla ice cream, and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and ice is crushed, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Divide cubed coffee jelly between 2 (16-ounce) glasses (about 1 cup per glass) and pour shake over. Garnish with whipped cream and ground espresso or coffee powder.
