  • 500 Grams pork bones
  • 2 white onion quartered
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 pork bouillon cubes
  • 500 Grams noodles La Paz batchoy noodles, cooked according to package directions (you can also use regular egg noodles
  • 250 Grams lechon kawali
  • 12 medium Shrimp peeled and deveined (optional)
  • 2 Egg soft-boiled, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic fried
  • 1/2 teaspoon green onion chopped
  • 1/4 Cup chicharon crushed
