Lemon Raspberry Butter Recipe

Mix raspberry jam, lemon zest, lemon juice, and  honey in a large bowl. Add softened butter; mix well.

Spoon onto the center of a square piece of parchment paper. Fold the side nearest you over the butter, and push butter towards you to form a log. Roll butter away from you until the paper's edge. Twist ends until tightly secured. Tie with twine. Refrigerate until hardened.
