Ingredients
  

Lemon-Rosemary Kesong Puti

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns crushed
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 200 Grams kesong puti (white cheese) sliced into 1/4-inch cubes
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a clean container or sterilized jar, mix together rosemary, salt, lemon zest, garlic, black peppercorn, and olive oil. Mix well. Add kesong puti. Top with extra olive oil to cover the cheese, if necessary.
  • Marinate overnight in the refrigerator to allow flavors to develop.
