Linguine with Longganisa Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 Cup onion chopped
- 1/2 Table Spoon Garlic minced
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add crumbled longganisa and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Add paprika and mix well.
- Add mushrooms and black olives; mix well. Add tomato sauce and cook for another minute. Season with salt, pepper, and chili ? akes. Mix in parsley, if using.
- Toss in cooked linguine and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese or serve cheese on the side.
