Loaded Pinoy Nachos Ingredients

6 pieces longganisa, we used Vigan Longganisa

1 large bag tortilla chips

store-bought cheese sauce

sour cream

2 ripe tomatoes, chopped

spring onions, chopped

How to make Loaded Pinoy Nachos

Pan-fry longganisa until browned. Cool and crumble into pieces; set aside.

Arrange tortilla chips in a big bowl. Generously drizzle with cheese sauce and sour cream. Top with longganisa, tomatoes (chopped), and spring onions.
