Ingredients
  

Longganisa Fried Rice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 5 cups rice cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups longganisa (crumbled), cooked until brown
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Cup onion chopped
  • 1 Cup tomatoes chopped
  • 3 Salted Egg (itlog na maalat) diced

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant but not brown. Add rice and longganisa. Toss to mix well. Drizzle with vinegar and season to taste.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and top with onions, tomatoes, and salted egg.
