Ingredients
Longganisa Fried Rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 5 cups rice cooked
- 1 1/2 cups longganisa (crumbled), cooked until brown
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- Salt
- 1/2 Cup onion chopped
- 1 Cup tomatoes chopped
- 3 Salted Egg (itlog na maalat) diced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant but not brown. Add rice and longganisa. Toss to mix well. Drizzle with vinegar and season to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with onions, tomatoes, and salted egg.
