Longganisa Lumpia Recipe

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic. Add the longganisa and ground pork then cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat then add carrots and spring onions. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. 

Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper then roll and brush the edges with the beaten egg. Repeat with remaining filling.  

Heat oil for frying over medium-high heat. Once oil is hot, add lumpia and cook until golden brown. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels. Serve with vinegar.
