Ingredients
Longganisa Pizza
- 1 (8-inch store-bought pizza crust
- 1 Table Spoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Cup longganisa (crumbled), cooked until toasted
- 1/2 Small onion sliced into rings
- 1 piece tomatoes sliced into rings
- 1/4 Cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/8 Cup kesong puti (white cheese) cut into small cubes
- 1 piece Egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place pizza crust on a baking tray and brush with olive oil. Place longganisa, onions, and tomatoes on the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top, then add kesong puti cubes.
- Bake in the oven for 6 to 7 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and crack an egg in the center of the pizza. Return to the oven and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes or until the egg white has set. Serve immediately.
