Ingredients
Lychee Panna Cotta
- 1 can lychee drained
- 1/3 Cup milk
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Table Spoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 Cup lychee syrup
Instructions
- Purée lychees in a blender or food processor.
- In a pan over low heat, scald the milk. Add cream and sugar. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Add the lychee purée. Â
- Â Sprinkle gelatin over lychee syrup. Stir then heat in the microwave or in a small pan until gelatin is dissolved. Fold into the lychee mixture.
- Pour mixture into molds and chill until set. Â TIP: For added flavor, serve the panna cotta drizzled with some honey and sprinkled with toasted desiccated coconut.
