Malay-Style Chicken Recipe

Mix together fish sauce, water, curry powder, ginger, and chopped fresh basil. Marinate chicken in this mixture atleast one hour.

Take chicken out of the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Dredge in cornstarch then deep-fry until cooked through.You have the option to toss this in chili paste if you want a more fiery dish. 

For the crispy onions, soak sliced onions in cooking oil then slowfry. Top on chicken.
