Malunggay and Corn Soup Ingredients
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 3 pieces corn grated
- 2 bunches malunggay leaves (moringa)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- Salt to taste
- Heat water or chicken stock until it simmers.
- Add the onions and grated corn and let it simmer again for 10 minutes or until the corn is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the malunggay leaves and turn off the heat immediately.
