Mango and Calamari Salad
- 1 (45-gram) bag arugula leaves
- (80-ml) pack mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup mango
- 1/4 Cup fried calamari
Instructions
- In a salad spinner, spin the arugula and mixed greens until dry.
- Transfer greens to a serving plate and top with mayonnaise. Add balls and fried calamari. Serve immediately.
