This sweet and tangy dessert will make your heart melt.
10 to 12 pieces inipit queso
250 ml all-purpose cream
1 bar cream cheese
1/3 cup refined sugar
1/2 cup mango purée
1/2 table spoon unflavored gelatin
1/8 cup hot water
1 medium ripe mango
Prepare baking dish or similar container. Split Inipit Queso into two then layer Inipit halves into the dish. Set aside.
Dissolve the gelatin into hot water then add the mango puree. In a mixer, combine cream cheese, all purpose cream and sugar until completely mixed then add half of the gelatin mixture.
Pour cream cheese mixture on top of Inipit Queso. Place another layer of Inipit Queso halves and repeat the process with cream cheese mixture. Top the remaining mango puree mixture along with the ripe mangoes.
Chill and serve.
