Mango Galette Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw frozen puff pastry for 15 minutes before rolling it out. Cut pastry into 8 (4x4-inch) squares. Using a knife, score each square to make a smaller square, about 1/2 inch from the edge.

Place puff pastry on prepared baking sheet and spread 1 teaspoon marmalade on each small square. Set aside.

Combine mangoes, lemon juice, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl. Place mango slices on the center of the small squares.

Whisk together egg yolk and milk in a small bowl to make an egg wash. Brush the border of each square with egg wash, then sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
