Mango Oat Bars Ingredients

  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Cup instant oats
  • 3/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup strawberry jam
  • 3/4 Cup dried mangoes chopped


  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  • Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well.
  • Add butter. Stir with fork or gently rub butter and flour mixture with your fingers until crumbly. Reserve ½ cup of this mixture for topping.
  • Press flour-butter mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread strawberry jam evenly.
  • Sprinkle chopped dried mangoes on top.
  • Sprinkle reserved flour-butter mixture.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Transfer pan to a rack and let cool completely. Remove from pan and cut into squares. Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for 3 days or in the refrigerator for 7 days.
