Ingredients
  

Mango-Pineapple Cardamom Jam

  • 2 cups mango chopped
  • 1 Cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 4 cloves

Instructions
 

  • Put mangoes in a bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher to release juices. Transfer to a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes. Add pineapple, sugar, lemon juice, cardamom, and cloves. Mix well and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thick.
  • Remove cardamom pods and cloves. Pour into sterilized jars.
