You can make these scones with mangoes, bananas, peaches, or papayas, too.

In place of mangoes, you can also use bananas, canned peaches, or papayas. Just make sure to adjust the amount of milk-lemon juice mixture you add based on how juicy the fruit you’re using is. Use less of the milk mixture for juicier fruits.
