Soy sauce adds an Asian twist to this salsa.
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 table spoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 pieces mango, peeled and diced
1 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 cup red bell peppers, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons cilantro (wansoy), chopped
1 piece jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
In a small bowl, whisk together lime or dayap juice and soy sauce. Add ground black pepper. Stir.
Lightly toss together all the other ingredients and drizzle the lime/dayap juice and soy sauce mixture.
