Ingredients
  

Mashed Kamote with Kesong Puti Ingredients

  • 250 Grams orange sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 250 Grams carrot peeled and sliced
  • 250 Grams squash (kalabasa) peeled and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon kesong puti (white cheese) crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Steam sweet potatoes, carrots, and squash for 20 minutes.
  • Puree in a blender with olive oil and crumbled kesong puti until smooth.
