Matcha-White Chocolate Skillet Cookie Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2/3 Cup sugar
  • 1 large Egg at room temperature
  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened matcha powder
  • 1 Cup white chocolate chunks
  • 1/4 Cup dried cranberries chopped


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together butter and sugar in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder until completely absorbed. Stir in white chocolate chunks and dried cranberries.
  • Divide dough between 2 (5-inch) ovenproof skillets (like cast iron). Spread out evenly using a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm in the skillet.
