- 1 Cup all-purpose flour

- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened matcha powder
- 1 Cup white chocolate chunks
- 1/4 Cup dried cranberries chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together butter and sugar in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder until completely absorbed. Stir in white chocolate chunks and dried cranberries.
- Divide dough between 2 (5-inch) ovenproof skillets (like cast iron). Spread out evenly using a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm in the skillet.
