Palitaw Recipe

With a weighing scale, divide prepared galapong into 20-gram portions. Form into balls. Lightly press down on each ball to flatten.

In a small pot, bring pandan water to a boil. Poach balls in water until they float to the surface. Let cool for a few minutes.

Roll balls in grated coconut. Top with ground sesame seeds and sugar.
