Greek Meatballs Recipe

Make the meatballs: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture, roll into a ball, and arrange on a tray. Repeat with remaining mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Make the feta sauce: process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until evenly browned, about 10 minutes, turning gently to avoid breaking.

Drizzle meatballs with feta sauce, and garnish with extra feta cubes and mint leaves before serving.
