Meatloaf Bolognese Pasta Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Cup white onion chopped
- 1/4 Cup carrot finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup celery finely chopped
- 2 loaves leftover meatloaf
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 Cup water
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan. Sauté white onions, carrots, garlic, and celery until tender. Add 2 loaves meatloaf (crumbled) and spaghetti sauce; mix well. Add 1 cup water. Boil then lower heat to simmer. Cook for 25 minutes.
