Ingredients
Mexican Rice Ingredients
- 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
- 2/3 Cup hot water
- 3/4 Cup rice
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 3/4 Cup rice
- 1/2 Cup tomatoes stewed
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (wansoy) chopped

Instructions
- Dissolve Knorr chicken cube in hot water; set aside.Â
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté rice until all the grains are covered with oil.Â
- Add stewed tomatoes and prepared chicken broth; mix until simmering. Cover the pan, mixing the rice once or twice, until cooked.Â
- Remove pan from heat and mix in chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.Â
