Milky Avocado Salad With Pearls
- 1 Cup avocado (use the flesh), mashed slightly
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk (gata)
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1/2 Cup cooked sago
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill overnight and serve cold. Alternatively, you may freeze in individual plastic containers. Pack in the lunch box frozen.
