- 5 pieces banana (saba variety), sliced diagonally
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 Cup milk
- crushed ice to serve
- In a pot, put the saging na saba, water and brown sugar.
- Boil in low heat, allowing the saba to cook and the sugar to caramelized. Stir constantly on low flame until the caramel is thick.
- Place the saba mixture in a serving bowl, pour some milk and add crushed ice (optional).
