Ingredients
Minced Pork with Kangkong Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1/2 kilo pork use ground pork
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 bunches kangkong (water spinach) leaves cleaned and drained
- Salt to season

Instructions
- Pre-heat a medium-sized pan, add oil and saute garlic.
- Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes.
- Toss in the ground pork and cook well for 5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add in the kangkong and cook for 1 minute. Turn off heat immediately to avoid overcooking the kangkong.
