Ingredients
Mini Bulgogi Burgers with Apple Slaw
- 300 Grams Beef (use belly cut), thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup store-bought bulgogi marinade
- 1/4 Cup store-bought kimchi
- 1 Fuji apple cored and sliced thinly
- 1/2 Cup cabbage shredded
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- canola oil for pan-frying
- 6 dinner rolls toasted
- 6 Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook beef in batches, briefly searing beef on both sides. Set aside.
- Assemble the burgers: slice rolls in half. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of the roll. Add a slice of beef belly. Top with slaw and cover with the other half of the roll. Serve immediately.
