The spicy apple slaw adds a kick to these sliders.
300 grams beef, (use belly cut), thinly sliced
1/2 cup store-bought bulgogi marinade
1/4 cup store-bought kimchi
1 fuji apple, cored and sliced thinly
1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
canola oil, for pan-frying
6 dinner rolls, toasted
6 lettuce, leaves
Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook beef in batches, briefly searing beef on both sides. Set aside.
Assemble the burgers: slice rolls in half. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of the roll. Add a slice of beef belly. Top with slaw and cover with the other half of the roll. Serve immediately.
