Try this refreshing salandan shake! When in season, dalandan, our local orange, are available in very loew prices. Juice as much as you can and freeze into little ice cubes. It’s a healthy and inexpensive way to cool down when the sun is scorching. It can be mixed into salad dressings and marinades to give a sweet acidic taste unique to dalandan.
