Mussel and Sausage Stew Recipe

In a large pot, heat olive oil. Sauté onions for about 3 minutes or until soft and translucent. Add garlic and chili flakes. Mix in sausages and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add crushed tomatoes and white wine. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes or until reduced. Mix in mussels and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until all mussels are open Discard those that remain closed. Garnish stew with parsley.

Grill baguette. Rub bread slices with halved garlic cloves and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with the mussel stew.
