No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Combine crushed graham crackers (try it with Biscoff, too!) and salted butter; mix well. Pat 1 tablespoon of the mixture down into the bottom of medium (2½-inch ) cupcake liners; set aside.

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, all-purpose cream, and sugar. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto graham crust. Chill to set for about an hour or until ready to serve.
