No-Bake Ube Gelatin Ingredients

  • 1 Cup coconut milk
  • 1 Cup Bottled Ube Jam (Ube Halaya)
  • 1 teaspoon ube extract
  • 1/4 Cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup hot water
  • 1 10-gram sachet unflavored gelatin
  • queso de bola shaved, to serve
  • whipped cream to serve


  • Heat coconut milk in a pot over low-medium heat. Add ube jam, ube extract, and condensed milk. Mix until well incorporated. Remove from heat.
  • Dissolved gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water. Pour into ube mixture and mix well. Strain the mixture for a smoother consistency.
  • Pour into a 6x6-square inch dish. Place in the refrigerator to set for 1 hour. Slice into serving pieces and top with whipped cream and shaved quezo de bola.
