No-Churn Sorbet Ingredients

  • 1 Cup water
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 3 cups fresh fruit (we used strawberries, oranges, and pineapples for each flavor; cleaned, peeled, seeded)

  • Stir water, sugar, and light corn syrup in a pot over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved and boil for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and add the juice from 1 lemon. Cool completely.
  • Whiz 3 cups fresh fruit and syrup in a blender on high speed until completely smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a 2-inch-deep freezer-safe baking tray lined with plastic wrap, cover, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen. Remove frozen mixture from pan, cut into 2-inch squares, and whiz in the blender on high speed until fluffy and smooth, with no chunks. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze just until firm. Scoop into bowls and serve.
