Ang Okoy (ukoy) ay isang pampagana na madali at mabilis ihanda. Kailangan lang ng ilang rekado na madali namang makita sa palengke o sa supermarket. Ang ilan sa mga sangkap na ito: hipon, cornstarch, at paminta. Ang nagawang batter ay iluluto sa pamamagitan ng pag-deep fry hanggang sa maging malutong ito.
