One-Pan Clam Pasta Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic minced
  • 1 Cup tomatoes sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 kilos clams scrubbed and soaked in water
  • 500 Grams linguine noodles uncooked
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley sprigs chopped


  • Heat oil over medium heat in a large stockpot or Dutch oven. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes and wine, if using; sauté until slightly soft.
  • Add clams, noodles, and 5 cups water. Cover pan partially and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until noodles are al dente and clams have opened; discard shells that remain closed.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add butter and parsley; toss to mix.
