Add chocolate flavors to your bundt cake with a decadent ganache finish!
1 package yellow cake mix
3 pieces orange
300 grams dark chocolate
1/2 cup cream
Prepare yellow cake according to package directions, substituting water for fresh orange juice and adding grated zest of one orange.
Butter and flour a Bundt pan and pour in batter. Bake. Remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack.
To make chocolate ganache, chop dark chocolate. Place in a bowl. In a saucepan, heat cream until it bubbles. Pour heated cream over chopped chocolate. Let stand for 3 minutes then mix until well blended. Let cool then pour over cake.
