Orange Spareribs Recipe

In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato paste, orange juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, pepper and salt.

Add the pork spareribs and marinate for an hour.

In a big pot, boil the spareribs along with the marinade until the pork is tender. Add water if necessary until the spareribs are tender. Boil for approximately 45 minutes.
