Cheesecake lovers will adore these bite-sized treats! Cream cheese made into a cheesecake is already one of the most well-loved desserts that you can make at home.
However, there's a cheesecake on the market that has garnered a huge cult following and it's made with Philadelphia cream cheese: the cheesecake with Oreo cubes. These cheesecake bites are made with a creamy cheesecake recipe with both the tops and bottoms covered with crushed Oreos. Chunks of the cookies can also be found randomly throughout the cheesecake, too. It's a product that was originally just available in South Korea but its popularity has come to our shores. Its availability however is always questionable since demand is so high for these addicting cubes!
Why not make these Oreo cheesecake cubes at home? We have many cheesecake recipes to try and make into cubes. You just need to keep them in the freezer in bags or containers. You can also just make this cheesecake recipe made to be cubed up as your snack. We too used Philadelphia cream cheese to make these as close to the original as possible! Now, you'll never miss out on your favorite cheesecake snack again because this recipe makes it easy to have a stash ready to dig into at a moment's notice.
No oven or want to make these into no-bake cheesecake bites? Here's what you do: Simply omit the eggs and whisk in gelatin. You'll need about 1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin bloomed in about 1/4 cup fresh milk. You'll need to melt the gelatin before stirring it into the cheesecake batter. This can be poured directly over the crust and topped with more crumbs as desired before chilling or freezing.
