Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cups mango diced
  • cashew nuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine old-fashioned rolled oats, milk, plain yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a jar.
  • Stir with a spoon until well combined. Add diced ripe mangoes and mix. Cover and chill overnight or up to 2 days. Garnish with more diced ripe mangoes and cashews before serving. Serve cold.
