Pancit Musiko Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons onion minced
- 1/4 Cup pork shoulder (kasim) diced
- 1 teaspoon atsuete oil
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Breast boiled, diced
- 2 to 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 Cup fresh miki noodles
- 2 stalks green onion cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon garlic chips fried
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot. Sauté garlic until golden brown. Add onions and cook until translucent.

- Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add miki and lower heat to a simmer. Cook until noodles are tender and soup has thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to serving bowls and top with green onions and crunchy garlic.
