Parmesan-Pea Dip Recipe

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add peas, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off heat.

Purée sautéed peas, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and all-purpose cream in a blender until desired consistency is achieved.

Transfer mixture to a shallow oven-safe bowl and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a deep-fryer or deep frying pan. Deep-fry wonton wrappers in batches until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm.

Top parmesan-pea dip with crumbled feta cheese, if desired. Serve warm with wonton nachos on the side.
