Ingredients
  

Pasta Chorizo Aglio Olio

  • 180 Grams linguine noodles cooked
  • 1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 head Garlic roasted, minced
  • 1 chorizo el ray finely sliced
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • 2 pieces siling labuyo (birds eye chili) chopped
  • 2 teaspoons parsley sprigs chopped finely
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté garlic in oil. Stir fry the chorizo. Deglaze with white wine.
  • Add chili. Stir in the pasta. Add fresh parsley.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
