Ingredients
Pasta Chorizo Aglio Olio
- 180 Grams linguine noodles cooked
- 1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 head Garlic roasted, minced
- 1 chorizo el ray finely sliced
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 2 pieces siling labuyo (birds eye chili) chopped
- 2 teaspoons parsley sprigs chopped finely
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in oil. Stir fry the chorizo. Deglaze with white wine.
- Add chili. Stir in the pasta. Add fresh parsley.
- Season with salt & pepper.
