Ingredients
Peach-Mango Crumble
- 7 large mango peeled and cubed
- 8 canned peach (halved), cubed
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 Cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons Butter cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place mangoes and peaches in a bowl. Add flour and sugar. Toss to coat. Transfer to a greased casserole. Â
- Prepare the crumble: combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour in buttermilk and mix just until combined. Add spoonfuls of the dough on top of the fruit mixture, making sure to cover the fruit completely.
- Dust more cinnamon and sugar over the dough. Scatter cubed butter all over.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
