Ingredients
  

Peach-Mango Crumble

  • 7 large mango peeled and cubed
  • 8 canned peach (halved), cubed
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons Butter cold and cubed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place mangoes and peaches in a bowl. Add flour and sugar. Toss to coat. Transfer to a greased casserole.
     
  • Prepare the crumble: combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour in buttermilk and mix just until combined. Add spoonfuls of the dough on top of the fruit mixture, making sure to cover the fruit completely.
  • Dust more cinnamon and sugar over the dough. Scatter cubed butter all over.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
