Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal

  • 2 large banana chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 Cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • honey for drizzling
  • nuts to serve

Instructions
 

  • Combine bananas and butter in a microwavable bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Add oats, milk, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Microwave on high, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drizzle honey over each bowl and serve with bananas and nuts on the side.
