Peanut Butter Balls Ingredients
- 1 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 Cup coconut (buko) dessicated
- 1 tablespoon almonds chopped
- 3/4 Cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup peanut butter
- 1/3 Cup honey
- 1 Table Spoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Toast oats, coconut, and almonds in a dry frying pan over medium-low heat, stirring continuously, until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment paper-lined tray or plate.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm. Serve chilled.
