Peanut Butter Balls Ingredients

  • 1 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 Cup coconut (buko) dessicated
  • 1 tablespoon almonds chopped
  • 3/4 Cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 Cup honey
  • 1 Table Spoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Toast oats, coconut, and almonds in a dry frying pan over medium-low heat, stirring continuously, until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes.
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment paper-lined tray or plate.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm. Serve chilled.
