Peanut Butter-Coconut Pancake Ingredients

  • 200 Grams whole-wheat pancake mix
  • 1 Cup coconut milk (gata)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Pour pancake mix into a large bowl and create a well in the middle. Pour coconut milk into the well, break in the egg, and finally, add the peanut butter. Whisk the mixture until well blended.
  • Cook according to package directions. Serve with syrup and butter.
