This easy dish is a great way to jumpstart your day!
200 grams whole-wheat pancake mix
1 cup coconut milk (gata)
1/4 cup peanut butter
Pour pancake mix into a large bowl and create a well in the middle. Pour coconut milk into the well, break in the egg, and finally, add the peanut butter. Whisk the mixture until well blended.
Cook according to package directions. Serve with syrup and butter.
