Peanut Sesame Noodles Recipe

In a large bowl, whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and heated chicken stock together into a sauce. Set aside.

Bring a stockpot of water to a boil. Blanch the noodles in the boiling water. Transfer to the large bowl with the sauce and toss to coat. Refrigerate and let sit at least an hour or overnight.

To serve, toss marinated noodles with carrots and shredded cabbage.
